Product Introduction

Structural features:

1. The equipment is mainly composed of liner, jacket, external insulation, mixing device, liquid outlet device, etc.

2. The tank is equipped with an agitator. There is a thermometer on the cover to show the temperature in the tank.

3. Heat is transferred to the material through the inner wall of the tank to maintain the required temperature. At the same time, the material is stirred and rotated by the mixing device, and the liquid medicine is mixed evenly. It has the characteristics of energy saving, corrosion resistance, strong production capacity, convenient cleaning, simple structure and so on.

4. The internal and external polishing of the equipment meets the requirements of GMP. All instruments, valves and mirrors are reasonably configured for convenient operation.

Key points of operation:

1. Before using the equipment, the tank must be cleaned with light hot water, and then disinfected with steam. All kinds of materials enter the tank through the material pipe fixed on the tank cover, or open the tank cover to pour. The input materials should not be filled too full, so as to prevent the materials from splashing out when being stirred, causing unsanitary environment or loss.

2. After mixing, drain the remaining materials in the tank, wash with warm water as soon as possible, brush off the attached materials, and then clean the inner wall of the container with 40 ℃ ~ 50 ℃ alkaline water, and wash with clean water for next use.

3. Always pay attention to the working condition of the whole equipment and reducer. When the reducer is insufficient in lubricating oil, it should be supplemented in time.
