General performance 1. With hydraulic lifting system, the pot cover can be lifted and reset freely. 2. The mixing system adopts advanced triple mixer frequency conversion speed regulation, which can meet the production requirements of different processes. 3. The advanced homogenizer has unique results and reliable sealing (the mechanical seal is Bergman, Germany), and the emulsification speed is 0-3000 RPM (variable frequency speed regulation can be selected). 4. The material is imported SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel, and the tank body and pipeline are mirror polished, which fully meets the GMP specification. 5. Vacuum defoaming can make the materials meet the requirements of sanitation and sterility, and vacuum suction can be adopted, especially for powder materials, which can avoid dust flying. 6. According to the process requirements, the tank can heat or cool materials, and the heating method can be steam or electric heating according to the customer's requirements. 7. The advanced electric control system adopts PLC control (optional), and is equipped with true color touch screen (optional), which comprehensively controls the data such as material temperature, mixing and homogenization speed and time, and prints the above data (optional).
