Precautions for operation of vacuum homogenizing emulsifier:
1. The equipment must be cleaned and disinfected during use. After feeding, heat the water and oil pan. The temperature needs to be controlled and set through the thermometer in the electric control cabinet. During the heating process, stirring shall be started from time to time to ensure that the material is evenly heated. The mixing time can be adjusted and controlled by the instrument on the electric cabinet.
2. When the materials in the oil pan and water pan are completely mixed and heated to the required temperature, open the vacuum comb to make the negative pressure in the main pan 0.06 MPa. Suck the materials in the oil pot into the main pot in turn (first absorb the parts of the oil pot or water tank according to the material conditions). Start mixing at the same time, and the speed can be adjusted to the required speed according to different products.
3. The time and speed can be set according to different products. The time is controlled by the instrument in the electrical control cabinet. The time is generally 3-20 minutes (variable frequency speed regulation, factory setting is 200-3300rpm). In the emulsification process, the emulsification speed and time can be changed according to different formulations. In the emulsification process, the emulsification state of the material can be seen from the observation hole. When the emulsification requirements are met, close the homogenization system.
4. When cooling materials, open the cooling water valve for circulating cooling. As the temperature decreases, the mixing speed will decrease. The vacuum degree of the emulsifying tank shall be kept at about -0.05mpa. It can also be set according to different material groups. When the temperature drops to 50 ℃, different flavor agents, preservatives and other auxiliary materials can be added according to different formulas.
5. When the temperature drops to the discharge temperature, close the cooling water valve and open the discharge valve to start the discharge.
