Vacuum emulsifying mixer is a special system according to cosmetics, chemical synthesis reactions and high viscous materials. Vacuum emulsifying mixer consists of pretreatment kettle, vacuum homogeneous emulsifying system, mixing system, heating system, vacuum pressure system, temperature and pressure sensing system, lifting system, electric control system and operation platform etc. There are laboratory type, and industrial production type to choose, the machinery can be customized according to customers' requirements.
Vacuum emulsifying mixer uses three coaxial stirring processing, stably suitable for emulsification, so that the material treated very fine, particles become tiny. The quality of emulsification is decided by how particle is distributed in the preparing period. The smaller particles are, the possibility gathering on the surface is smaller, so emulsifying chance gets smaller. Vacuum homogeneous machine adopts special stator and rotor structure, Through high speed revolving, the stator and rotor produce high shearing, compression, folding turbulence etc. and making the material flow into the high-shear homogeneous emulsion with the help of reversed blade mixing action, making the detail of products a high standard. Because of the vacuum system, the Vacuum Emulsifying mixer series can get high-quality emulsifying effect.
