① Turn on the power supply → ② Feed the oil and water pan → ③ Close the cover of the oil and water pan → ④ Heat and stir the oil and water pan → ⑤ Close the cover of the homogenizing pan, close other valves on the cover, and open the vacuum pumping valve for vacuum pumping (material suction) → ⑥ Heat the homogenizing pan (temperature can be adjusted) → ⑦ Homogeneous mixing emulsified penetrating materials (time is up) Stop heating → ⑧ Open the drain valve again to discharge → ⑨ (after cleaning, lift the pan cover to dump sewage and then close the cover) → ⑩ Cycle the previous work.

The laboratory high-speed disperser is used to test whether the performance of a small amount of emulsion can meet the design requirements, and pave the way for mass industrial production. This machine has the advantages of small size, convenient movement, simple operation and no requirements for the site. There are many types of high-speed dispersers in the laboratory. According to the number of dispersers, they can be divided into single shaft dispersers and double shaft dispersers. According to the speed regulation mode, they can be divided into electromagnetic speed regulation and frequency conversion speed regulation. According to the power, they can be divided into small power and large power. There are also vacuum high-speed dispersers. The size of the dispenser is usually considered in terms of power. However, some dispersers are large in size but use relatively small power.
