How is the material in the emulsifier tank cooled?
The complete set of emulsifier equipment is generally an integrated multifunctional mixing equipment, which includes all the functions required for industry products such as cream, sauce, and ointment in the mixing process, including cooling function.
The cooling function of a vacuum emulsifier can lower the material in the emulsifier tank to the temperature required by the process. It comes with a cooling function, so how does a vacuum emulsifier cool?

Vacuum emulsifiers generally have two cooling methods: 1. Conventional jacket cooling water cooling
The temperature control system of a vacuum emulsifier is composed of a temperature sensor, a heating and cooling medium layer, and an insulation layer, also known as water or oil bath heating and cooling, which can easily and conveniently control the temperature.
The cooling of vacuum emulsifiers generally uses tap water as the cooling water source (users with conditions can use chilled water for better cooling effect).
Open the inlet and outlet valves, control the opening and closing degree of the inlet and outlet valves to control the cooling water flow rate and achieve cooling speed control.
The conventional jacket cooling method is suitable for most products in general emulsification production. No external cooling equipment is required.
2. External chiller cooling for vacuum emulsifier
When the cooling requirements of the emulsification mixing production process are higher, and the conventional jacket cooling method cannot meet the requirements of low temperature and time for cooling, external cooling equipment needs to be used.
The commonly used chiller in vacuum emulsifiers is to produce cooling capacity through a compressor refrigeration system, and then transport the cold water to the equipment cooling jacket through a refrigeration pump to achieve refrigeration and cooling.
Reasonable use of specialized emulsifier chiller equipment can effectively solve the production cooling problem of emulsifiers, improve equipment service life and material output.
