Taro paste making machine

The taro paste production equipment is made of food grade stainless steel material, equipped with a high-speed shear crushing system (speed 3000rpm) and a double-layer cooking kettle, which can quickly crush raw taro into a fine paste. The intelligent temperature control module (± 2 ℃) ensures uniform cooking and supports precise feeding of sugar, salt and other additives. The single processing capacity is 300L, and the finished taro paste has a dense texture and controllable sweetness. Integrated PLC control system, achieving full automation of crushing, steaming, and seasoning, with a production capacity increase of 35% compared to traditional processes.
