Core functions and design principles
Multi effect shear emulsification
Using a high-speed rotating fixed rotor system (with a speed of up to 3000rpm), the cheese chunks are sheared and kneaded using multi-layer serrated blades to achieve molecular level homogenization. Combined with a temperature control jacket (60-70 ℃), it can simultaneously soften cheese and activate the emulsifying salt effect.
Integrated vacuum degassing
Integrated vacuum system (negative pressure -0.08MPa) synchronously removes bubbles during the shearing process, avoiding the appearance of pores in the finished product and improving its texture and fineness.
Modular knife group design
Adjustable blades (such as fan-shaped blades, mesh blades) to meet different needs
