Universal Mixing Machine With Cooling Heating Jacket
Main pot structure: It is a three-layer flange structure, with a standard elliptical head at the bottom. The inner wall is made of SUS304 or 316 stainless steel, specially polished (matte grade). A heating and insulation jacket is formed between the inner and middle layers, which can be heated or cooled by introducing cooling water. The insulation layer adopts vacuum insulation.
Pressure and temperature: The vacuum inside the pot is -0.09Mpa, with a temperature range of 100 ℃. The jacket can withstand a pressure of 0.3 Mpa and a temperature of 100 ℃.
Pot configuration: upper part equipped with liquid (particle) feeding port, compressed air inlet, sterile breathing device, 1 illuminated mirror, vacuum port, and pressure gauge. The bottom is equipped with a discharge port (the discharge valve is the bottom valve of the pot) or a dumping discharge and temperature sensor. The pot is equipped with an electric heater and cooling water inlet and outlet
