What should be paid attention to when operating the homogenization function of vacuum emulsifying machine
First, adjust the time relay to the required working time, and press the homogenizer start button.
Homogenization cutting and scraper mixing of vacuum emulsifier, after feeding (water can be used for debugging), respectively open corresponding control switches to control the operation of homogenizer and scraper mixing.
Before the start of mixing, inching shall also be carried out to check whether there is any abnormality in the mixing and scraping wall, if any, it shall be eliminated immediately.
Pay attention to keep the homogenizer clean. If the homogenizer is out of service or the materials need to be replaced, the parts contacting the working fluid of the homogenizer shall be cleaned as required, especially the cutting sleeve of the cutting wheel at its head, the sliding bearing and the sleeve in the homogenizer sleeve. After cleaning and reassembling, the hand rotating impeller shall be free of stagnation. After the boiler body and the two flanges of the boiler cover are fixed relative to each other, the inching homogenizer motor shall be turned correctly without other abnormalities before starting operation.
Due to the high speed of homogeneous cutting head, it is not allowed to operate in the empty pot state, so as to avoid the influence of local heating on the sealing degree.
The homogenizer of the vacuum emulsifier is reversed from the top to the bottom. After the motor is connected or it is not used again for a long time, it should be jogged for test run. The mixing frame is reversed from the top to the bottom, and the mixing blade is reversed from the top to the bottom.
During commissioning, jog the mixing and test run first, and then let the homogenizer run after confirmation.
