Inline Powder and Liquid mixer is a high speed machine using special rotor and stator for recirculating powder and liquid mixing, dispersing, homogeneous and emulsifying applications. The powder and liquid can be continuously mixed. Inline Powder and Liquid mixer materials are pre-mixed in a certain ratio and then dispersed so that the finished product can be obtained directly. Inline Powder and Liquid mixer system can handle a wide range of viscosity, from low viscosity products through to viscous gels. Inline Powder and Liquid mixer has a strong transport ability. According to characteristic of product, the maximum concentration can up to 70%. (water 30%, powder 70%). Inline Powder and Liquid mixer offers greater flexibility and stability in product quality.

Details
The JKE PLM supplies a special method of incorporating powders into liquids,producing an agglomerate-free and homogeneous product.
Stage1:
The JKE-PLM (powder/liquid mixer) recirculates liquid from the process vessel through the JKE-PLM at high velocity.
Stage2:
The powder feed valve is opened,and the high pumping action of the in-line mixer forces the powder into the liquid steam.
Stage3:
The powder and liquid components are introduced straight into the high shear zone of the mixer,and are instantaneously combined as they are subjected to intense mechanical and hydraulic shear.the resultant mix is passed back to the vessel by the self pumping JKE.
