(1) The tank volume is large, and the design volume of the water phase tank is large, generally within the range of 3-20 tons, according to the actual configuration of the project blasting demand or annual output.

(2) Set the mixing device. There are solids in the water phase material. In order to make the solids dissolve quickly in the heat exchange process and make the first and second concentration distribution after dissolution uniform, the stirring device can quickly achieve this purpose and avoid the local heat exchange process.

(3) Set the heat exchanger.

(4) Set auxiliary devices for metering and temperature measurement.

(5) Set thermal insulation device.

(6) Design safety auxiliary device. The water phase tank has large overall dimension and high installation height, so the on-site operation requires a ladder and a guard rail.
