The material liquid mixing pump mainly consists of a feed hopper, butterfly valve, pump casing 1, II, impeller, main shaft, mechanical seal, water cooling sleeve, pump seat, belt transmission device, electric motor, etc. All parts of the equipment that come into contact with materials are made of high-quality, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, which meets food hygiene requirements. When the equipment is working, the main shaft and impeller are driven by an electric motor through a belt, and the impeller rotates at high speed inside the pump casing II to achieve the purpose of mixing the material and liquid. The impeller is easy to disassemble and clean, preventing bacterial accumulation. The mechanical seal consists of a static ring, a dynamic seal ring, a stainless steel spring, and a compression seal ring. There is also an external seal to prevent liquid leakage. The main shaft and motor are driven by a triangular belt, equipped with a water cooling sleeve device and a tensioning device. The motor and wiring part of this material liquid mixing pump can effectively prevent water accumulation and moisture, which is in line with electrical safety. The motor and pump base are connected by bolts, and the entire machine can be moved freely without the need for a fixed installation foundation.
