Process analysis
Water phase and oil phase materials are premixed through the dissolution tank respectively. After the completion of the process, the water and oil materials are successively attracted to the emulsifying pot through the vacuum pressure of the emulsifying pot for emulsification treatment. At the same time, the inlet and outlet of steam and cold water in the vessel jacket are controlled by the opening and closing of the pneumatic (electric) valves of the valve group, so as to realize the temperature control in the emulsification process.
