High shear dispersion emulsification refers to the efficient, fast, and uniform distribution of one or more phases into another continuous phase. Generally, each phase is insoluble in each other. Due to the strong kinetic energy generated by the high tangential speed and high-frequency mechanical effects caused by the high-speed rotation of the rotor, the insoluble solid, liquid, and gas phases are instantly and finely dispersed and emulsified under the combined action of corresponding mature processes and appropriate additives, After high-frequency cycling.

Principle: The centrifugal high-speed emulsification head can generate a huge rotational suction force during operation, rotating the material directly above the rotor to suck it down, and then throwing it at high speed towards the stator. After high-speed shearing, collision, and crushing between the rotor and stator, the material gathers at the outlet and is sprayed out. At the same time, the anti vortex baffle at the bottom of the tank converts the rotational force into the upward and downward flipping force, so as to evenly mix the materials in the tank and prevent the powder from accumulating and clumping on the liquid surface, thus achieving the goal of hydration and emulsification.
