Structure:
JPS series vacuum homogenization emulsifying unit is composed of emulsifying pot (pot cover can be lifted and pot body can be turned over), water pot, oil pot, vacuum device, heating and temperature control system, cooling system, electrical control system, etc.
working principle:
After the materials are heated, stirred and mixed in the water and oil pots, they are sucked into the emulsifying pot by the vacuum pump. Through the two-way cutting, compression and folding of the wall scraping mixing frame and the central mixing paddle in the emulsifying pot, their mixing flows downward to the homogenizer below the pot. The high tangent speed and the strong kinetic energy brought by the high-frequency mechanical effect caused by the high-speed rotation of the homogenizer rotor make the materials stable The narrow clearance of the rotor is subject to the comprehensive effects of strong mechanical and hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and turbulence. The micronization, emulsification, mixing, blending and dispersion of materials are completed in a short time. The immiscible solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase are dispersed and emulsified in an instant under the action of the corresponding mature process, and finally stable high-quality products are obtained.
The emulsifying pot can be vacuumized to remove the bubbles generated during the mixing process.
The contact part between the whole machine and the materials is made of high-quality SUS316L materials, the inner surface is polished, and the vacuum mixing device is clean, which meets the GMP sanitary standard.
