Homogenizer maintenance requirements

Weekly
1. Check and grind the valve, valve seat and homogenizing valve.
2. Check the seals of each part once and wear them.
3. Check the oil level and color of the transmission case.
Per month
1. Check the wear condition of the plunger. If it is severely ground, it should be replaced in time.
2. Check the oil position of the pressure gauge. When the oil is short, it should be filled with cooking oil.
3. Check the tightening condition of the drive belt.
Quarterly
1. Discharge and drain the gearbox once. Check the pressure bar pressure rod and seat wear and replace if necessary.
2. Replace the lubricating oil in the gearbox once.
Per year
1. Disassemble the gearbox to clean the wall of the tank once.
2. Check the wear condition of the connecting rod bearing bush and the crankshaft and bearing, and replace it if necessary.
