Product Introduction

The production process of the JPS salad dressing homogenizer independently developed and manufactured by Wuxi Jiangke is carried out under fully sealed conditions, which effectively prevents dust and microbial pollution. The lid of the kettle is of automatic opening and closing type. The materials in the water pot and oil pot can be directly sucked into the PLM homogenizer under vacuum through the conveying pipe, and the emulsification can be completed and recycled to the main pot at the first time. Moreover, heating / cooling and other processes can be completed. By heating the heat conducting medium in the pot with steam passing through the interlayer, the material can be heated. The heating temperature can be set arbitrarily and controlled automatically.

The materials can be cooled by connecting cooling water into the interlayer, which is simple and convenient to operate. The interlayer is provided with an insulation layer. Homogeneous stirring and paddle stirring can be used separately or simultaneously. The granulation, emulsification, mixing, blending and dispersion of materials can be completed in a short time.

The materials in the pot are mixed and emulsified by the high-speed internal circulation shear of the homogenizer, with opposite double agitation, clockwise frame type wall scraping agitation, and counterclockwise slurry agitation. The scraper agitator generates centrifugal action during operation, so that the tetrafluoroethylene scraper is close to the pot wall, which effectively solves the problem of adhering to the pot wall without leaving a dead corner. The frequency conversion speed regulating device can make its speed adjustable.
