First, the cooled oil and pure water are metered and delivered to the oil tank and water tank respectively, and then other raw materials are added accordingly, and the oil-water phase is separately stirred at high speed in the oil-water phase tank. Then, the water phase is pumped into the emulsification pot by vacuum for wall scraping and mixing, and homogenization is opened at the same time. Then, the materials in the oil phase tank are slowly sucked into the vacuum emulsification pot by vacuum, and homogenization and mixing are carried out while suction. Wall scraping stirring speed: inner ring 80rpm, outer ring 60rpm, homogenization speed 4500rpm.
