Wuxi Jiangke's JPS emulsification homogenization system can provide a complete solution for emulsification systems from 5mL to 1300L, including parameter settings such as stirring, emulsification, heating, dispersion, vacuum, mixing, and quantitative conveying.
(1) Emulsification: The emulsified homogeneous core component independently developed by Jiangke can be used for materials without viscosity;
(2) Mixing: Jiangke is equipped with a wall scraping mixing system, which can set the speed and time, and all PLC touch screen operations;
(3) Heating: Jiangke's jacket reactor allows for an external constant temperature circulator to heat or even cool the sample. The pot is equipped with a built-in temperature control probe, which can monitor the material temperature in real-time;
(4) Vacuum: Removing bubbles from the product is a difficult and time-consuming task. The vacuum environment and slow stirring can minimize or even avoid the impact of gas on the sample. Jiangke's vacuum system can be controlled for defoaming through a touch screen.
