The features of the 450L mayonnaise making machine
The JPS salad dressing homogenizer, invented and manufactured independently by Wuxi Jiangke, is manufactured under fully sealed settings, effectively preventing dust and microbe pollution. The kettle cover opens and closes automatically. The materials in the water and oil pots can be sucked directly into the PLM homogenizer under vacuum via the gearbox pipeline, completing the emulsification and recycling in the main pot for the first time. It can also execute heating/cooling processes and other tasks. Material heating can be accomplished by heating the heat conducting medium in the boiler by steam passing through the interlayer. The heating temperature can be set flexibly and automatically controlled.
The contents in the pot are blended and emulsified by the homogenizer's high-speed internal circulation shear while being swirled in opposite directions. During operation, the scraper agitator provides a centrifugal action, causing the Teflon scraper to adhere to the pot wall, thereby eliminating the problem of material sticking to the pot wall and leaving no dead angle. The ideal frequency conversion speed regulation device has an endlessly variable speed.
