Vacuum cooking technology
Support steaming and cooking fruits and vegetables (such as pumpkin, sweet potato, orange, etc.) in a vacuum environment, effectively preserving the original flavor and nutritional components of the ingredients, preventing oxidation and discoloration, and improving the quality of jam.

High speed shearing and crushing system

Equipped with a detachable high-speed cutting blade (with a maximum speed of 3000 r/min), it achieves rapid crushing, emulsification and homogenization of fruits and vegetables, making the jam texture silky and particle free.
Support online shearing emulsification, and after steaming, auxiliary materials can be directly added and mixed without transferring materials.
Multi functional integration

Steaming, cutting, emulsifying, and mixing are integrated and suitable for the production of jams (Beibei pumpkin sauce, taro paste sauce, etc.), fillings, cake sauces, and more.
