The inline powder liquid mixer is equipped with a specially designed screw rotor, a mixing head, a dispersing head, a liquid inlet and a powder inlet. The working principle is to make use of the high-speed rotation of the stator and rotor to produce the feed, and to introduce the powder into the fast flowing liquid continuously and evenly, and then to disperse and mix the powder through the shear cavity. Because the liquid and powder are not in contact with each other before mixing, only in the moment before mixing, the powder is introduced into the liquid flow as dispersion, so the probability of agglomeration between the powder is less.

The powder-liquid mixer uses the high-speed rotation of the special rotor and the liquid flow to produce vacuum.
