Operation process of high shear lifting emulsifier:
1. Under the centrifugal force of the high-speed rotating rotor, the material in the figure is sucked into the working chamber from the upper and lower feeding areas of the working head in the axial direction.
2. The weak centrifugal force destroys the material from the radial direction to the narrow gap between the rotor and the rotor. Together with the effects of centrifugation, kneading, impact, etc., the material begins to be crushed and emulsified.
3. At the outer end of the high-speed rotating rotor, a linear velocity of at least 15m / s and up to 40m / S is generated, which constitutes strong mechanical and hydraulic shear, liquid layer collision and impact tearing, which makes the material rich. Disperse, emulsify, homogenize, break and spray together through stator slots. The high shear lifting emulsifier is a high-speed rotation of the homogenizing head, which is connected with the engine to shear, crush and impact materials. This material will become more delicate and promote the integration of oil and water.
4. The material is continuously ejected from the radial direction at high speed, and the flow direction changes under the resistance of the material itself and the container wall.
