1. Do a good job in the daily cleaning and hygiene of the emulsifying machine.

2. Maintenance of electrical equipment: it is necessary to ensure that the equipment and electrical control system are clean and hygienic, and do a good job in moisture-proof and corrosion prevention. The frequency converter should do a good job in ventilation, dust removal and other heat dissipation. If this aspect is not done well, it may have a great impact on the electrical equipment, and even burn out the electrical equipment. (Note: before the maintenance of electrical appliances, turn off the main switch, lock the electrical box with a padlock, and do a good job of safety signs and safety protection).

3. Heating system: the safety valve should be checked regularly to prevent the valve from rusting, sticking and failure. The drain valve should be checked regularly to prevent debris from blocking.

4. Vacuum system: during the use of the vacuum system, especially the water ring vacuum pump, sometimes the rotor will be stuck due to rust or debris, causing the motor to burn. Therefore, check whether there is locked rotor during daily maintenance; The water ring system should be unblocked. When starting the vacuum pump during use, if there is a locked rotor, stop the vacuum pump immediately and start it again after cleaning the vacuum pump.

5. Sealing system: there are many seals in the emulsifying machine. The dynamic and static rings of the mechanical seal should be replaced regularly. The cycle depends on the frequent use of the equipment. The cooling system of the double face mechanical seal should be checked frequently to prevent the mechanical seal from burning out due to cooling failure; The skeleton seal should be made of suitable materials according to the characteristics of materials, and should be replaced regularly according to the maintenance manual during use.

6. Lubrication: the lubricating grease of motor and reducer shall be replaced regularly according to the operation manual. If it is used frequently, the viscosity and acidity of the lubricating grease shall be checked in advance, and the lubricating oil shall be replaced in advance.

7. During the use of the equipment, users must regularly send instruments and meters to relevant departments for verification to ensure the safety of the equipment.

8. In case of abnormal sound or other faults during the operation of the emulsifying machine, stop the machine immediately for inspection and operate it after the faults are eliminated.
