Tips-maintenance of emulsifying homogenizer
The service life of mechanical equipment is closely related to the process, material and quality of the machine itself, but also to the correct operation and its maintenance.
1.The start-up and pressurization steps of the homogenizer shall be in accordance with the operating procedures.
2. After the homogenizer is used, the material channel shall be cleaned with clear water in time, especially the residual materials at the contact of valve seat and valve core shall be cleaned to prevent sticking, so as to ensure the normal operation of the next start-up.
3.If the homogenizer is out of service for a long time, a complete CIP cleaning should be done before use. Single alkali cleaning shall be conducted once every three weeks, and complete CIP cleaning shall be conducted once every five weeks
4.Check the position of the lubricating oil in the gearbox and crankcase frequently, keep the lubricating oil clean, and replace the new oil and new sealing ring in time in case of deterioration or failure.
5.The homogenizer shall be overhauled and maintained once a quarter.
6.When cleaning the homogenizer, it is not allowed to use cleaning tools such as brush and steel wire ball.
