1、 Structure composition of liquid mixing tank:
1. 2. The mixing tank body, mixing tank cover, agitator and shaft seal can be made of carbon steel or stainless steel according to different process requirements.
3. The mixing tank body and the mixing tank cover can be connected by flange sealing or welding. The mixing tank body and the mixing tank cover can be opened with process pipe holes such as feeding, discharging, observation, temperature measurement, pressure measurement, steam fractionation and venting according to the process requirements.
3. The upper part of the mixing tank cover is equipped with a drive device (motor or reducer), and the agitator in the mixing tank is driven by the drive shaft.
4. The shaft seal device can adopt various forms such as mechanical seal, packing and labyrinth seal (determined according to the needs of users).

3、 Main configuration of liquid mixing tank:
1. Volume: 50L, 100L, 200l, 300L, 500L, 600L, 1000L
2. Material: inner tank SUS304 or SUS316L; The jacket is Q235-A or SUS304; The outer protective shell is SUS304;
3. Mixing device: the top center is used for mixing, and the output shaft of the reducer and the mixing paddle shaft are connected by a looper to facilitate disassembly and cleaning;
4. Stirring speed: 15 ~ 120r / min constant speed; Form of agitator: frame type, anchor type, paddle type, turbine type, etc. according to the process requirements;
5. Heating mode: electric heating or steam heating, the design pressure is normal pressure;
6. Tank body: the inner surface is mirror polished with roughness Ra ≤ 0.6 μ m; External surface treatment mirror polishing or 2B primary color matte;
7. Upper cover: two open movable covers for easy cleaning;
8. Jacket form: integral jacket, coil, Miller plate jacket;
9. Insulation materials: filled pearl cotton, rock wool or polyurethane foam insulation;
