1. Vacuum emulsifying pot
1. Main pot: the design volume is 5l---500l, 1000L, etc
Main boiler structure: it is a three-layer flange structure, and the bottom is an elliptical head. The inner wall is SUS316L stainless steel, polished. Heating and insulation jackets are formed between the inner layer and the middle layer, which can be heated or cooled by cooling water. The insulation layer adopts vacuum insulation.
Pressure and temperature: the vacuum degree in the pot is -0.09mpa, the temperature is 100 ℃, and the pressure in the jacket is 0.3MPa, and the temperature is 100 ℃.
Configuration of the pot: the upper part is equipped with a liquid (particle) feed port, a compressed air inlet, a sterile breathing device, a illuminated mirror, a vacuum port, and a pressure gauge. The bottom is equipped with a discharge port (the discharge valve is the bottom valve) and a temperature sensor. An electric heater is installed on the pot body, and the inlet and outlet of cooling water.
2. Homogenizer and agitator
Homogenizer: vortex high-speed shear, upper homogenization. The material passes through the strong cutting, impact, turbulence and other processes between the high-speed rotating cutting wheel and the fixed cutting sleeve stator. The material is cut in the shear seam and quickly broken into particles. The material can be micronized, emulsified, stirred, homogenized and dispersed in a short time. Through the lighting observation hole, we can know the emulsification state of the products in the pot at any time. The speed is 4500r/min. The shaft seal adopts skeleton seal.
