Understand the shaft seal device of stainless steel mixing tank

The shaft sealing device of stainless steel stirring tank mainly includes packing seal and mechanical seal. According to whether there is relative movement between sealing surfaces, the sealing device can be divided into static sealing and dynamic sealing.

For stainless steel mixing tank, such as the sealing place on the flange, flange port, manhole, mirror and other accessories of the head and cover body of the pressure vessel, they are relatively static between the sealing surface, so it is called static seal. There is relative motion between the static head and the rotating stirring shaft. In order to avoid the leakage of the medium, a sealing device must be used. The sealing device belonging to this structure is called the stirring shaft sealing device, or referred to as "shaft seal". Because there is a sealing surface of relative motion between the rotating shaft and the stationary part, the sealing device is called dynamic seal.
