In addition to cleaning the dust every 15 minutes in the emulsifying machine, it is best to take out the air filter and clean it with a fan after the emulsifying machine is completed. When using a vacuum cleaner, special attention should be paid to avoiding water on the ground and protecting the air filter.
The height of the brush from the ground determines whether the emulsifying machine can be cleaned. Adjusting the height of the brush from the ground is an important cleaning preparation. Check the height of the brush. It is appropriate to lower the brush by 3-5cm after touching the ground.
In the transmission part of the electric emulsifying machine, such as the steel wire rope lifting transmission of the side brush of the emulsifying machine, attention should be paid to lubrication to keep the lifting and lowering of the side brush normal. The same is true of the main brush, which is very important for the work of the emulsifying machine.
