The material passes through the teflon scraper (scraper always caters to the pan body and cleans the wall sticking material) on the stirring in the homogenizing pan, continuously breaks out new interfaces, and then passes through the frame stirrer and the shearing, tightening and folding of the stirring blades opposite to the frame stirrer to cause the stirring and mixing to flow downwards to the homogenizer under the pan body. Then the material is cut in the shear seam through the processes of strong shearing, impact, turbulence and the like which occur between the rotor and the stator rotating at high speed, and is sensitively broken into particles of 200 nm to 2 μ m. Particles, emulsification, mixing, blending and loosening of materials can be completed in a short time. Due to the vacuum condition in the homogenizing pan, the air bubbles generated during the stirring process of the materials are pumped away in time. After homogenization is completed, raise the pan cover, and press the dumping button switch to discharge the materials in the pan into the container outside the pan (perhaps open the pan bottom valve and pressure valve to discharge directly). The heating temperature of the homogenization pan flashes through the temperature controller on the control panel. Homogeneous stirring and paddle stirring can be used separately. Can also be used together; The length of homogeneous stirring time is controlled by users according to the characteristics of materials and can be scheduled through the control panel.
