Industrial high shear emulsification pump has 1 to 3 sets of rotors and stators. The rotor is driven by a motor to rotate at a high speed to generate a strong axial suction. The material is sucked into the cavity, homogenized, emulsified, dispersed, and mixed in the shortest time. After pulverization and other processes, the particle size distribution of the processed material is significantly narrowed, thereby making the product stable for a long time. Industrial high shear emulsification pump is especially suitable for materials of industrial processes that require reciprocating cycles or emulsifications with higher processing requirements, homogenization and dispersion.
