The mixing blade rotates in a fixed direction under the drive of the power unit; During the rotation process, the material is driven to rotate axially and radially. The material inside the mixer exhibits both axial and circumferential movements, resulting in several forms of mixing, including shear mixing and diffusion mixing. Can effectively stir and mix materials quickly.
The dispersing disc operates at high speed, causing the material to flow in a circular pattern, generating strong vortices that spiral down to the bottom of the vortex. Strong shear impact and friction occur between particles, achieving rapid dispersion and dissolution. The mixing plate generates good radial action through circular motion, accelerating material circulation and improving dispersion efficiency.
The precision processing technology of the emulsification machine head ensures a high degree of fit between the rotor and stator. The powerful motor rotates at high speed to create a vacuum between the rotor and stator, and materials are sucked in from the upper and lower parts of the rotor and stator. The strong kinetic energy causes the rotor to generate extremely high linear velocity, causing the material to undergo strong impacts, crushing, centrifugal squeezing, liquid layer friction, and strong shearing between the rotor and stator gaps before flying out. Under the action of various different directional forces, strong turbulence is generated. The material undergoes a certain period of repeated cycles of depolymerization, dispersion, homogenization, refinement, and shearing under appropriate emulsifiers and mature processes to produce a stable emulsion.
