principle:
The motor runs at full speed to drive the cutting wheel (rotor) on the main shaft to produce extremely high centrifugal speed. The material passes through the process of strong shear, impact and turbulence generated by the high-speed rotating cutting wheel and the fixed cutting sleeve stator. It is cut in the slit and quickly broken into 200ml-2um particles. The material can be micronized, emulsified, stirred, homogenized, dispersed, etc. in a short time.

It can be used alone or in combination with other equipment. The contact parts of this machine are made of stainless steel to prevent the material from corroding the pollutants. The main shaft of the machine is equipped with a sealing sleeve, which is cooled by cooling water during operation and can work in a vacuum environment.
