Product Introduction
PHM series is a kind of on-line hybrid machine with small shear. It has high flow rate and the circumferential velocity of rotor is about 10-20m / s. It is suitable for weak shear, but stable homogeneous solution can still be obtained.
The combination of stator and rotor of PHM can fully meet the requirements of products. Due to the high flow rate, there will be no precipitation in the pipeline and storage tank, such as the circulation process of mud. If better homogenization is needed, shear pumps are needed.

Pipeline high shear dispersive emulsion pump is a high-performance equipment for continuous production or circulation processing of fine materials. In a narrow cavity, there are 1-3 groups of dual bite multi-layer stator and rotor. Driven by the motor, the high-speed rotation produces strong axial suction to suck the materials into the cavity. In the shortest time, the particle size distribution range is also significantly narrowed when the materials are dispersed, sheared and emulsified. Fine and long-term stable products can be obtained.
