Product Introduction
Pneumatic / manual support lifting, batch high shear emulsifying machine is an emulsifying machine fixed on various containers, or installed on pneumatic / manual support lifting, which is convenient for moving and lifting of the main machine. It can be made into a closed vacuum pumping type, which can cooperate with other kettle equipment to achieve automatic production of the system. By means of mechanical external force, the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials is narrowed, and one phase is uniformly distributed into another or more phases, so as to achieve the effect of refining, homogenizing, dispersing and emulsifying, thus forming a stable emulsion state. The working head is made of new bidirectional materials and refined stainless steel forgings. There are two types of installation: top and bottom, and three installation methods: vertical, offset and oblique. Under pressure application conditions, double face mechanical seal with seal self-lubricating system is adopted.
