Product Introduction
The batch high shear homogenizer adopts high-speed shearing principle to realize high-speed homogenization and emulsification of materials. According to different material characteristics, various structural forms are adopted to complete oil-water emulsification, multiphase homogenization, powder-liquid dispersion and other processes. The supporting containers are mostly produced by mobile batch production, and can be equipped with heating, scraping, dumping and discharging at the bottom, so as to meet various process requirements. The machine is made of sanitary stainless steel, which ensures the stability of the equipment on the basis of ensuring the mixing and dispersing effect.

3. More durable use of spindle protection sleeve technology (proprietary technology), to ensure that the spindle in high-speed operation will not be worn, to the greatest extent to solve the problem of spindle wear.
4. The shaft end auxiliary support is adopted more stably, and the reinforcing ring is added at the middle position of the auxiliary support rod, so as to minimize the vibration impact of the main shaft under high-speed operation, so as to ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment.
