Product Introduction

To produce an oil in water emulsion product, the two phases are immiscible in the initial stage. At this time, the key to the process is that the rotor stator system should produce enough shear force. In jke's emulsification system, firstly, raw materials will directly enter the mixing chamber of homogenizer from the material bin or storage tank by vacuum suction, where the first step of mixing is carried out. Then, when the homogenizer is running, the equipment will first suck the first phase containing emulsifier into the homogenizer, and then immediately suck the second phase; Due to the presence of emulsifier, under the action of high-speed stirring, the two immiscible phase states will first turn into the dispersed state with coarser particle size and preliminary emulsification, and then turn into the emulsion with finer and more uniform particle size under the action of homogenizer. According to different raw material formulations, many emulsions may have been formed after the first pass through the rotor stator area; It may also take longer to homogenize, so that the droplets in the product can reach a smaller particle size. Jke's equipment has a premixed chamber outside the front of the rotor stator homogenizer, which makes it easier for users to control the key stage before materials enter the homogenizer.

After the initial mixing of the two phases, the product will be pushed and circulated back to the container through the rotor / stator: it enters the upper part of the container through the homogenizer from the lower part of the container, and finally returns to the homogenizer. This forced circulation path enables the enterprise to accurately evaluate the time required for the whole batch: by recording the time when the material passes through the rotor stator homogenizer once, the required circulation times and homogenization time can be deduced. Another advantage of material external circulation is obvious during heating and cooling. Especially when large quantities and containers are involved, it is difficult to maintain a uniform temperature only by the product itself. However, the radial temperature distribution can be relatively constant by using the external circulation of materials. In addition, at the end of processing, a high level of vacuum can be applied to ensure the elimination of bubbles and the production of smooth, shiny and stable products.
