Vacuum homogenizer operation

1. Check whether each switch and valve are in the original direction.

2. Check whether the homogeneous parts, mixing slurry, scraper and other rolling parts are safe and reliable.

3. Check whether the power supply voltage, appearance and indication are normal.

4. Check whether there is water in the heating interlayer. Do not open the liquid when the liquid level is lower than the heating rod.

5. Turn on the power switch and observe whether the appearance is normal.

6. In operation, feed is required and heating is required to be mixed together.

7. When there is material in the pot, the homogenizer can be opened and mixed together. It is necessary to adjust the mixing speed from zero to the desired speed.

8. If the homogenizer is found to be faulty during operation, the power supply shall be turned off immediately and the homogenizer shall be disassembled for inspection. When opening the vacuum system, first open the vacuum control switch and then open the vacuum line valve. When closing, first close the vacuum to process the valve, and then turn off the power supply. When the negative pressure is 0.05 MPa to 0.06 MPa, the feed valve is opened to absorb 70% water. After oil absorption, absorb 30% water. Check whether the filter is complete regularly to prevent debris from entering the emulsion tank to ensure the normal operation of the homogenizer. The vacuum in the emulsifier should not be too high. In general, it should be between 0.05Mpa and 0.06mpa to avoid boiling water.

9. There must be a special person to protect the work deduction and the person leaves the machine.

10. First stop the speed to zero. Press the mix stop button again.

11. Turn off the power switch, check whether the water valve is closed, and then open the vacuum exhaust valve.

12. After discharging the semi-finished products, clean the contents of the pot with warm water and keep the pot clean.

13. The motor and pump are smooth and fixed on loose parts.

14. It is necessary to record the equipment operation status and daily maintenance records of each class.
