The salad sauce vacuum homogenization emulsifier's major components are a tank, a mixing device, and either an intermittent high shear emulsifier or a pipeline high shear emulsifier. The slow mixer is made up of a foldable paddle type mixer in the centre and a frame type mixer capable of mixing high viscosity.
