Vacuum Homogenizer Mixer Application
Vacuum Homogenizer Mixer Suitable for production of mayonnaise sauce,salad dressing,ointment and cream products in cosmetic and pharmaceutical plants. The emulsifying effect is more prominent for materials of high base viscosity and high solid content.
Vacuum Homogenizer Mixer description
Main tank is made up of 304 or 316L stainless steel with mirror polishing effect (Chamber 400MESH). Oil and water tanks are optional.
1. The mixing system is designed for manufacturing cream, lotion, syrup etc. with different features
2. The speed of mixing and homogenizing system can be adjusted according the different process technologies
3. The digital time and temperature indicator are set on the control cabinet. User will detect the working time and temperature easily
4. Homogenizing is processed by CNC lathe and applies Japan and German technology to achieve fine and smooth material
5. Vacuum system makes the whole operation in the vacuum condition so that there are no bubbles in material.
6. Material suction from the bottom: small powder will suck by button control, to ensure the powder homogenize and emulsify evenly.
7. All-wave, no dead corner, choked flow, and stirring system: it increases the stirring speed and mixing effect.
8. machine conforms to cGMP and ISO standard.
This system is equipped with CIP cleaning equipment. The parts of container, which contact the material, are made of SUS316L and inner surface mirror polish is up to 300MESH (sanitary level). In order to ensure stability of control part, the electric control parts apply the products from German Siemens, the press key from Japan FUJI company, frequency converter from panasonic Company, and vacuum pump from zhuoxin. The unit is made completely in conformity with GMP and is the most advanced, ideal ointment and cream production equipment currently in China.
