The on-line powder liquid mixer uses the high-speed rotation of the special stator and rotor to cooperate with the liquid flow to generate vacuum. With the help of vacuum, the powder is continuously and evenly introduced into the fast-moving liquid. After high-speed shear, the powder is instantaneously and evenly dispersed and mixed in the liquid phase. Since the liquid and powder are not in contact with each other before mixing, only at the moment before mixing, the powder is introduced into the liquid flow in a dispersion shape, so it can effectively achieve the process objectives of powder / liquid mixing, dispersion and homogenization, and prevent powder agglomeration and secondary agglomeration. The shear powder liquid mixer has strong conveying capacity. According to the characteristics of the product and the performance of the powder, it can reach the concentration of 70%.
