Some Mixing Methods Of The Liquid Washing Products

The mixer uses mechanical action to mix the materials evenly. Stainless steel stirring tanks are commonly used in the production of liquid washing products, and can generally be made into homogeneous and transparent mixed solutions or emulsions. Whether it is simple mixing or complex emulsification processes, stirring is indispensable. By stirring, different materials can be mixed, dissolved, and dispersed to form a whole. Therefore, it is important to choose the corresponding mixing method based on the specific material production process.
Let me share with you the mixing method of the laundry detergent mixing tank:
1. Inclined blade paddle agitator
Agitators generally operate in a laminar flow state and are suitable for low viscosity homogeneous, mixed, homogeneous, dissolved, crystallized, or high viscosity large diameter multi-layer low-speed stirring.
2. Frame stirrer
The frame stirrer is suitable for stirring high/low viscosity liquids, as the outer edge of the frame shape can fit well with the inner wall, thereby promoting heat transfer of the jacket.
3. Flat blade disc turbine mixer
The trailing edge of each blade of a flat bladed disc turbine forms a high-speed shear zone, which enables the dispersion of liquids and gases, making it particularly suitable for rapid liquid mixing, preparation of stable liquid dispersion, and suspensions with a solid content of less than 60%.
4. Pushing mixer
Axial flow type, with high circulation rate and low shear force. The use of baffles or flow guides enhances axial circulation, making it particularly suitable for mixing, heat transfer, and solid suspension of eye red and low viscosity outer polar liquids. Due to the need to reduce dead corners in sanitary equipment, it is easy to clean.
At present, the most commonly used ones are: frame mixer+paddle mixer and anchor mixer+paddle mixer. This combination combines the advantages of both and avoids the drawbacks of using them separately, resulting in better product quality.
