1. Do a good job in the daily cleaning and sanitation of the emulsifier.
2. Maintenance of electrical equipment: it is necessary to ensure that the equipment and electrical control system are clean and sanitary, do a good job in moisture-proof and anti-corrosion work, and the frequency converter should do a good job in ventilation, dust removal and other heat dissipation work. If this aspect is not done well, it may have a great impact on the electrical equipment, or even burn the electrical equipment. (Note: turn off the main gate, lock the electric box with a padlock, and do a good job in safety signs and protection work before the maintenance of electrical appliances).
3. Heating system: the safety valve shall be inspected regularly to prevent the valve from rusting, sticking and failure. The drain valve shall be inspected regularly to prevent sundries from blocking.
4. Vacuum system: the vacuum system, especially the water ring vacuum pump, sometimes causes the motor to burn due to rust or sundries, which causes the rotor to be stuck, so it is necessary to check whether there is blocking during daily maintenance; the water ring system should be smooth. If the vacuum pump is blocked during operation, the vacuum pump shall be stopped immediately, and it can be started again only after the vacuum pump is cleaned.
5. Sealing system: there are many seals in the emulsion machine. The dynamic and static rings of the mechanical seal should be replaced regularly. The cycle depends on the frequent use of the equipment. The cooling system of the double face mechanical seal should be checked frequently to prevent the cooling failure from burning the mechanical seal. The framework seal should be made of appropriate materials according to the characteristics of the materials and be replaced regularly in use according to the maintenance manual.
6. Lubrication: for motor and reducer, the lubricating grease shall be changed regularly according to the operation manual. For frequent use, the viscosity and acidity of the lubricating grease shall be checked in advance, and the lubricating oil shall be changed in advance.
7. During the use of the equipment, the user must regularly send the instruments and meters to the relevant departments for verification to ensure the safety of the equipment.
8. In case of abnormal sound or other faults during the operation of the emulsifying machine, stop the machine for inspection immediately and operate it after troubleshooting.
