External circulation homogenization system is the core of JPS system. It integrates the functions of suction, pumping, dispersion and CIP online cleaning. The two non-standard customized pump body designs enable the homogenization system not only to provide material mixing power, but also to provide strong pumping capacity, which is also applicable to high viscous materials. The external circulation homogenization system allows the water phase and oil phase to be emulsified directly in the homogenization system, and then pumped to the reactor for stirring, which can avoid the defects and deficiencies of many traditional processes.
