PLM has a special design that does not require vacuum negative pressure to suck powder into the machine, thus avoiding air intervention. 2、 Special structure and working principle of powder liquid mixer
The industrial online continuous powder liquid mixer is equipped with a specially designed rotor, with one inlet for liquid and one inlet for powder, allowing the powder to be timely dispersed when the two phases come into contact. The machine can operate in a cycle until all the powder is added, then seal the feeding inlet and continue to disperse and mix in the chamber. According to product requirements, the powder properties can reach a maximum concentration of 70%. Additionally, if the viscosity is too high, a pump can also be added before the inlet.
