How to make a mask by automatic machine?
JKE KN95/N95 mask production line is a kind of non-standard machine that can form face masks automatically.
Non-woven fabrics will be folded after unrolled by the roller.
The hemmed fabric will be transfer and cut after nose bridge rolls to be fed by the machine.
Both sides of the mask will be cut and welded to seal by ultrasonic welding and then through the ultrasonic side seal. The mask ear will be welded at the next station of mask ear band welding stations.
Finally, you will get a qualified mask at the output efficiency of 40pcs/min.
