VEM-5L Mayonnaise Mixed Emulsive Machine

The VEM-5L mayonnaise mixed emulsive machine are mainly used in all kinds of liquid- liquid phase, liquid-solid phase mixing, dispersion and emulsion processing. All kinds of slow agitator: paddle-type, spiral type and frame type(also with scraper), can be installed in the stainless steel tank body to achieve the overall mixing. In addition, high-speed emulsifier in the tank: scattered disc type, the upper suction shearing type, the lower suction shearing type, the upper and lower suction type, and emulsifier installed at the bottom of tank body etc., can meet different requirements of materials with various physical properties and achieve superfine dispersion and emulsification. The VEM-5L mayonnaise mixed emulsive machineadopting sanitary stainless steel material, with good internal and external polish surface, manufactured meticulously, can maximize the the stability of equipments on the basis of mixing emulsification effects. Tanks can be heated or cooled, with Miller sandwich plate, having advantages of large exchange area and high efficiency of exchanging heat.
