Equipment advantages:

The vacuum suppository emulsifying machine adopts the upper coaxial three heavy agitator, with hydraulic lifting and cover opening. The speed of the fast homogenizing agitator is 0-1800r/min (variable frequency speed regulation), and the speed of the slow wall scraping agitator is 0-40r/min (variable frequency speed regulation). The homogenizer adopts the high shear eddy current emulsification mixer, and the slow wall scraping agitator automatically sticks to the bottom and wall of the pot. In the process of mixing, the material is externally circulated by the cam rotor pump to achieve the emulsification effect. Vacuum suction is adopted, especially for powder materials to avoid dust flying. The whole process is carried out under vacuum conditions to prevent bubbles from forming after high-speed mixing of materials, which can meet the sanitary and aseptic requirements. The unit automatically feeds the prepared materials to the container of the packaging machine through the liquid level control. The system is equipped with CIP cleaning system. The part where the container contacts the material is made of SUS316L material. The mirror surface of the inner surface is polished with 300EMSH (sanitary grade). In order to ensure the stability of the control part, the electrical control part is made of Siemens, the button is made of Fuji, the frequency converter is made of Panasonic, and the vacuum pump is made of Nasim (former Siemens). The unit is manufactured in full compliance with GMP requirements and is currently a suppository preparation device in China.
