Ordinary emulsification is a process of efficiently, quickly and evenly integrating one or more phases (liquid, solid, gas) into another incompatible continuous phase (usually liquid). In general, the phases are immiscible. When external energy is input, the two materials are reorganized into a homogeneous phase. Due to the strong power brought by the high tangent speed and high-frequency mechanical effect caused by the high-speed rotation of the rotor, the materials are subjected to strong mechanical and hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and turbulence in the narrow gap between the stator and rotor, forming suspension (solid / liquid), lotion (liquid / liquid) and foam (gas / liquid). Thus, the immiscible solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase can be dispersed and emulsified in an instant under the joint action of the corresponding mature process and an appropriate amount of additives. Fine emulsifying machine is a kind of advanced technical equipment that can shear and grind, disperse and emulsify, mix and homogenize all kinds of fragile powder particles such as suspension, sedimentation, agglomeration, clay and so on in the process of material mixing reaction. The core structure of the fine emulsifying machine has undergone tens of millions of shear grinding and dispersion emulsification processes, and its core technology has been continuously improved and upgraded. At present, a relatively perfect and reasonable new fine concave convex structure has been designed and manufactured. The function of this fine emulsifying machine is 3-6 times higher than that of the traditional three-stage emulsifying machine in the daily dispersion emulsification process. Its features: the rotor is designed into a shear zone, two grinding zones, three dispersed microemulsion zones, and thousands of pairs of grinding teeth are arranged and combined. Secondly, the minimum grinding slot of the rotating stator is 0.2-0.4mm, the gap between the grinding surfaces of the rotating stator is 0.01mm, and the adjustable distance is 0-2mm. Under the high-speed drive of the motor, the rotating stator makes relative movement, and the materials passing through the working chamber of the rotating stator must withstand high-speed shear, strong impact, extrusion friction and other high-strength movements of tens of millions of times per minute. The resulting high-speed, high-pressure, high-frequency ultrasonic atomization phenomenon constantly tears the droplets, shears and breaks the molecular chain, and other dispersive emulsifying effects. The fineness of Zui can reach 0.3-0.5 microns.
In principle, they all have the function of grinding and crushing. The refining effect of ordinary emulsifying machine is generally weak.
